Assistance with visa applications can be requested directly from the PCO wherein an invitation letter can be provided for sponsored delegates who are also accommodated at the conference venue and visa processing is possible at AED 600 for a single entry with the following requirement:

  • Clear colored copy of valid passport, at least 6 months before date of travel
  • High resolution passport size image in white background
  • Father and mother full name

It is highly recommended that companies check with the Emirati diplomatic mission in their delegates’ countries of residence prior to travel to ensure that they have all the necessary information and paperwork for travel. Several countries do not require visa to enter the UAE.US and European passport holders as well as other nationalities can obtain visa upon arrival.
